Non-rocking manhole frame and cover assembly conforming to a number of a number of cities, counties and agencies including the City of Oxnard, City of Newport Beach (Sewer only) and the City of Fullerton.
The casting is furnished painted black with a water based coating with cover markings reading either D or S.
