General use, non-rocking manhole frame and cover assembly conforming to the STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS for a number of cities, counties, agencies and organizations including SPPWC (the "GREENBOOK"), CITY OF LOS ANGELES, LACDPW, CITY OF IRVINE, RCFC & WCD, CALTRANS, OCRDMD, and CITY and COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE. Various markings are available and the casting is furnished painted black with a water based coating. The assembly may be bolted upon request with locking devices (two locations.)
